Inspectors of Election Needed for 2.17.17 Annual Meeting

Calling all Chaumiere Homeowners!

The association is seeking volunteers to serve as inspectors of election for your upcoming February 1, 2017 Annual Meeting at 6:00pm.

The task of an inspector of election is a simple one.  The association requires that the individual come to the meeting about fifteen (15) minutes prior to the commencement of the meeting so that Management can review the guidelines of the ballot counting process.  This would require the volunteer to report to the recreation center at Bernardo Vista del Lago at 5:45pm.

Once the polls are officially closed no later than 6:15pm, the inspector of election will be responsible for counting the ballots and recording the votes.

The Chaumiere Board of Directors appreciates your consideration and hopes that a homeowner is able to respond to this message and inform Management that they are able to assist.
