Action Property Management and your Board of Directors would like to encourage homeowners to activate your VIVO account.  Setting up your VIVO account is quick and easy. Visit www.vivoportal.com to get started!

Here are a few of the great features VIVO has to offer:

  • Access your account information
  • Pay bills online
  • Setup Auto Pay (ACH)
  • Register for e-Statements
  • View financial information
  • View association meeting documents; agendas, minutes,etc
  • View your associations governing documents
  • Manage work orders

The 12 digit account number you will need to register can be found on the June statement you received in the mail.  If you cannot find your 12 digit account number, feel free to email your Community Manager, Sarah Jordan at sjordan@actionlife.com to request that your account number so you can sign up today!
