Trash and recycle receptacles that are not issued by Waste Management may not be collected.

San Diego Water Restrictions and Chaumiere
San Diego County allows for the watering of landscapes within condominium developments three times a week; Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. For more information, visit http://www.sdcwa.org/drought-restrictions and select City of San Diego from the table on the website.
The Chaumiere Board of Directors would like this opportunity to encourage homeowners to begin to water according to this new schedule, and work towards the revitalization of the Chaumiere Association and all of the homes and landscapes within. Adhering to the new watering schedule will allow homeowners the chance to begin to revive their yards, further enhancing the curb appeal of their individual home, and contributing to the overall appearance and value of the association.
The Board would like to remind homeowners that properly maintaining the integrity of your yard is to be in compliance of Chaumiere’s CC&R’s. Please observe the watering schedule set forth by San Diego County and help revive your yards every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
